What is ICS?
Please note: Whilst Progressio is no-longer seeking volunteers for the ICS programme due to our closure, there are still opportunities with other agencies.
International Citizen Service (ICS) is a development programme that brings together young people from the UK and developing countries to volunteer in some of the poorest communities in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
ICS is funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) and led by VSO in partnership with respected development organisations such as Progressio, International Service, Raleigh, Restless Development, Tearfund, Challenges Wordwide, Balloon Ventures, Y Care International and Pravah.
